Rainy Day

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. A good thought being that it is almost spring and the rains are going to bring us green mountains (or I should say hills...) and lively poppies in Palmcaster.

Being that today is a first day I have ever blogged, it is a good time to remember firsts. First kiss, first job, first day at college, first time giving birth...

Or more importantly, we should sometimes pretend that an ordinary day is a first for something, anything. Let's look at life through a news lens. That is what this blog is going to be about. Looking, perceiving the extraordinary in the ordinary...and firsts all around!
